Vendor Information

LEFT LANE: PRE PAID      RIGHT LANE: PAY TODAY
1. Flea Market is open from 7AM-1PM.
a. Vendor Gate opens @ 6 AM.
b. Vendor spots are approximately 25 L’ X 20 D’ . Must keep within
assigned space.
c. Spots are $25
d. 2 people to space. Each extra person $5. (except children)


2. Vendors must be in place by 6:45 AM and remain open until 1 PM
a. May start packing @ 12 PM
b. Must be off property by 2 PM


3. All Vendors must fill out a Vendor Application and Agreement Form
4. You may pre pay for the following week at the office located near the front of the Flea Market.
a. All prepaid reservations will have a separate entrance line
with no waiting.

5. No unsold merchandise, cardboard boxes, or packing paper may
be left at Flea Market. Your space must be left clean when you
leave.


We offer a clean space with no debris in our grassy area. When you arrive. We would like all vendors to take everything back with them including empty goes and leave the space as you found it a clean grassy space.
Thank you in advance for helping us maintain a pristine market for all.


RESTRICTED MERCHANDISE
1. No Alcohol, Firearms or Drugs.
2. No food or drink may be sold without the Approval of Management
3. NO PETS
4. No pornographic materials
Seekonk Flea Market COVID19 Vendor Information

Gates
- Line markers will be placed at all lines at 6’ intervals in order to maintain social distancing
- A police detail will be on site for traffic and safety
- Signage will be placed at entrances specifying the following:
1. Social distancing guidelines
2. Face masks required
3. Frequent use of hand sanitizer
4. Face masks available for purchase at ticket booth
5. Don’t come to the Seekonk Flea Market if you’re sick

Employees
PPE
-  All employees will be provided with and required to wear face masks or shields while on property
-  Hand sanitizer will be readily available at main office and high traffic spots
- All employees will receive a temperature check prior to starting work

 All employees will receive instruction on how to:
1. Properly wear a face mask
2. Properly wash and sanitize their hands
3. Change gloves frequently
4. Employees will be provided with their individual sanitizers
- Management staff will enforce the PPE guidelines.
- Social Distancing
1. All employees will take appropriate steps to enforce social distancing
2. All employees will implement social distancing guidelines with vendors and customers
3. Vendors
PPE
- All vendors will be required to wear facemasks while on property
- It is recommended that vendors have hand sanitizer at their booths and avoid touching their face.
-  Vendors are encouraged to erect social distancing shields
-  Face shields available for sale to vendors

- All vendors will :
1. Maintain proper social distancing
2. Wear face masks or face shields 
3. Not come to the market if you are sick

- Sanitation
- All vendors will be required to increase hand sanitation practices
- All high touch point surfaces will receive increased sanitation
- Hand sanitizing locations have been enhanced throughout the building
4. Restrooms
  • additional porta johns will be placed on site.
